ACTIVE PORAC MEMBERS are eligible for Dental and Vision Insurance through the Insurance and Benefit Trust. A specific Dental Plan can be developed on your association's behalf by making your request through the Insurance & Benefit Trust. Information and rates for the VSP Vision Plan are available by clicking here If you are a RETIRED PORAC MEMBER interested in our vision and dental insurance plans, please read the following information: There are two dental plans offered through PORAC, the Delta Adaptable Plan, and the DeltaCare HMO Program, and one vision plan through VSP that must be purchased with one of the dental plans.
