The Specialized Police Associations Coalition (SPAC) is a coalition that was introduced by PORAC to help address the concerns of those participating members who are deemed specialized law enforcement. Through this coalition, PORAC hopes to create a progressive environment that encourages networking, communication and brainstorming, as well as better representation for our specialized law enforcement brothers and sisters.
